My late Grandmothers' secret was frying it in a Cast Iron Skillet.....with the LID on the pan. Said the steam helps cook it and keep it moist inside. That's how my mom taught me. There is science to back this up.

My goodness gracious - that looks absolutely amazing.
With the exception of fried deer cube steak, fried chicken would absolutely be my 2nd favorite meat. And Sir, it appears that you have mastered it. Legs and thighs are hard to beat when it comes to fried chicken.
