Had one lil fella shoot his first rack buck. A broke off 4 point!
So we’re celebrating with a cookout and some Buffalo trace for his pops and me.
Good times here fellas!!

I’ve sat with my 18 yr old three times this year, three deer have died. When I’m not there he gets skunked. Lol This joker we’ve been after all year and to my knowledge he hasn’t come out in daylight all year. He came out 1 min too early today. We were about to leave. My lab/shiteater dog is turning out to be a good tracking dog. She went straight to it. We would have found it but she loves it. https://imgur.com/a/arDaDCW

12 or so does, a spike, a 4 point and a big bodied 8 point…just couldn’t will his antlers to be bigger.

Very strange not to hear a single shot on a Saturday afternoon this time of year. Weather was excellent. Watched 3 does, a fawn, and a 2yr old 3pt that have been together since early fall. It's too cold for a lot of our deer. They are not used to it. Sunday and next week will be way better.
