Unfortunately - only trash, spent casings, a glove once, and a $5 cheap plastic flashlight that was in a pocket of a wrap around blind kit on a ladder stand. We knew who was doing it and thankfully the owner of the property had a call with his best friend about his son trespassing on the property. It came to a halt pretty quickly.

I hate them more than anything! This one was nice enough to leave behind a nice pair of Leica rangefinder binocs though. That dropped my blood pressure a little with a 3 grand pair of binos that are now mine lol. Anyone ever find something a poacher left behind. Dang!!! Good find...Heck yeah.... Only thing I ever found hunting was a Ford Ranger p/u with the wheels, tires and the radio gone....
Did you know that Beer Nutz are over a Dollar...and Deer Nutz are under a Buck...

Put on facebook lost and found , you found those fancy binos on the road nearest the property and see who comes forward.

I didn’t even think about them being stolen. I’ll check with the gw and sheriff to see if any have been reported. Good move. Keep in mind that there are crimes in Alabama for Possession of Lost Property and for Receiving Stolen Property. On the Receiving charge not knowing it is stolen is not a defense by statute but often it is considered by LE and the prosecution.

You can be guaranteed he will come back looking for them. Hang a cell cam and catch him.

sounds to me like you probably got a game warden investigating you that left behind his stuff. because we all know the DCNR can afford to equip every GreenJeans with $3k binos.
