Bless his heart.
He was sentenced to death.
He's tough.
We'll get him.
If we said it wouldn't hurt,
remember we can lie.
But, no, you can't.

"Cruel and Unusual punishment".
Nope...nothing unusual about building a complicated nitrogen asphyxiation chamber.

Bullet to the back of the head is not cruel or unusual. Fast, effective, and painless. We know its painless because nobody has ever complained afterwards.

If we really stick to the constitution we could use black powder rifles. 5 guys with .50 caliber muzzle loaders. Hangings seem to have been popular in older times. If they think that causes neck pain the guiltine could be used

Perhaps they should experiment with a knife - stab him a few times in the hands and feet and see if he dies, if he don't - then continue to move up the arms and legs until they reach his heart.

Some of these pearl clutchers have sued drug manufacturers that provide the drugs used for lethal injection. I think prisoners' should be given 100x the lethal dose of confiscated fentanyl. They cant sue the cartels to make them stop and we have a plentiful supply.

If we have to do it humanely that is the way.

That being said I think a 9mm to the forehead would be better, unless they are a pedophile then its straight into the wood chipper.

Simple put the hose from the tailpipe into the car while he's in the front seat. Seal up the window..

A bullet to the back of the head is a lot less complicated and much more cost effective.

If you are on death row, I think that's an exception to "cruel and unusual punishment" coverage..

Dead is dead. It dont matter one bit how you do it, whether its a coon, a man, a deer or a dog. Taking a life is just that it dont matter if its by syringe, pan full of golden malrin, 143gr ELDX, or a piece of chicken on a big treble hook. Its all the same, but it makes some people feel better about the way they do it if the point at tht other guys way and say hes doing it the cruel way. Results are 100% the same for the dead thing, its dead

The US Supreme Court has said go ahead. Good. I’m tired of the folks protesting. We attended church where Mr. Sennett preached. I’m the same age as his oldest son. They were great friends. None of the SOB’s protesting knew Liz. If they don’t want the nitrogen, let them stab him 30 something times and let him bleed out like they did her. He should have been violently “put down” years ago. I know all of the details of this brutal murder. He deserves nothing humane.

eye for an eye. You kill someone by stabbing, you die by someone stabbing you.

Well, they are protesting because it is experimental and has never been tried before, they say, but the truth is they are just protesting the Death Penalty. I get that but at some point someone has to be the first to try a new method. The best science to date tells us this will be the most painless death available. If they are wrong and it is painful then his death will not have been in vain and they can go back to the drawing board.

If this doesn't work then maybe the least cruel way is to not tell them the date and slip a Mickey in their food or drink one evening and when they pass out, off them in whatever means is quick and 100% fatal while they are knocked out. They won't know it or feel a thing.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

readily available in mass quantities, so that big backlog sitting around on death row eating up tax dollars could be cleared out lickety split.

I've never understood the cruel and unusual punishment thing. Put them under like doing surgery and then do some surgery .

Seriously I’ve never understood why they haven’t done this for years. If an anesthesiologist can put a person close enough to death that they can take a heart out of the chest and work on it, then one should be able to do it for the death penalty. Just don’t put the heart back in. 🤷🏻‍♂️
