bamaeyedoc OP Old Mossy Horns Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 15,671 Montgomery	My SBE2 is having ejection issues. It won’t eject even high brass shells. I cleaned it throughly and even took the recoil spring out through the stock but the bolt is still sluggish. I’m thinking it’s the recoil spring. I’m the original owner and bought it pretty soon after they came out and it’s my favorite shotgun but as of now, it’s not going to the field. Any suggestions? When it got week, it had to be super clean to cycle. I changed the spring and only clean it every other year or so. I put a +25% one in it because all i use it for is heavy loads. Hasn't jammed since.

hunterturf 14 point H Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 8,753 bessemer, al	mine did the same thing with the exception that it would shoot high brass. cleaned it, oiled the recoil spraying and shot high brass with the action dry and it freed up read this same thing on a benelli forum and the aftermarket recoil springs was the overwhelming response Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers.......... I haven’t cleaned it again yet.
