Ive never seen much of anything below the dam except trout. Maybe a few bream ans an occasional spot. I did see a bunch of guys come in one day when the water come on and wore out skipjacks. I figured the water being as clear and cold as it is, it justdidnt hold many fish. Do you know if he was catching them when the water was on?

I figure it was on and not so shallow… yea I’ve seen em catch skip jack when the water is running in the spring. Can’t recall ever catching a bass though. Just brim and trout..

My dad and I fish there a lot, in the years we've fished it, other than trout we've only caught 1 freshwater drum and 2 skipjack, both were caught when they were generating.

I stood along the wall and watched a school of large stripers cruising back and forth but couldn't get any of them to bite anything I had. I've only caught Rainbows there.
