Yesterday I was doing some shooting at 40 and then 50. I was getting a decent group but I was consistently shoot left? What was I doing wrong? Also I did work out chest yesterday maybe that was the culprit? Thanks in advance for the help

Any grip torque will present itself more at longer ranges. How do you hold the bow?

I guess you would call it an open hand grip. I point my fangers at the target

In my experience i was shooting just to the left when i held it open handed try and hold the bow with just your index and thumb it helped me out with torque.

Could be torquing, canting, arrow spine, centershot adjustment.

Sounds like you were canting your bow. Does your sight have a level? If so, are you paying attention to it? Also, does your sight have a 2nd axis adjustment?

Were you shooting on level ground? This may sound crazy, but were you shooting in the shade or in the sunlight? If you were shooting in the sunlight, was the sun on your left side?

Yes i has a level. And the first thing i do is get it level. I have the G5 XR2 site and I am not 100% sure if it has axis adjustment. I kno that i was told it has a micro adjust. I was shooting on a concret pad and the sun was in my left eye a little.

Get a bigger one....I had to do that last year when I switched to the G5 XR2....the scope on that sight is very large...

If you are RH, you could be trying to get the bow out of your vision to see the arrow flight causing you to pull left....I continuously fight this problem/habit....

Tweak the strands of your bowstring so the peep rotates back and allows you full view. You don't want a rifles rear sight to change, peep sight is no different.
