So awhile back, my Helix 7 had some water intrusion and stopped working. It was unfortunately out of warranty, but $225 to get it fixed was very reasonable IMHO. I was impressed with their customer service leading up to the repair, but I was blown away by how fast it was completed. They received my defective unit on Monday 11/13 and my fixed/replaced unit arrived at my house today 11/15. It just doesn't get any quicker than that.

I had the something similar happen, I drove to the factory and they handed me a new one on the spot. I forgot I left the knobs in the old one and they looked me up by my registration and called me within 10 mins of leaving to come get them. I was blown away at their customer service.

I've walked in and handed them mine before and 30 minutes or less it's fixed.

My buddies daughter is pretty high up in their customer service department and she’s a really good person. She can out fish just about anybody too.

My only problem was that I had a Helix 7 die about 2 weeks out of warranty after maybe 15-20 uses. On an electric boat; no bouncing around and always brought inside.
