Rub is listed above and the ribs were cooked at 275deg in gas oven for 3hrs, flipped every hour on the hour. Dry rub was applied immediately before putting in oven, normally I would let them rest in fridge for a couple hours for the rub to be drawn into the meat. We’re not dead. We just smell that way.
