Yes. One thing that helped me is being back on my feet 12 hours a day. It about killed me for the first month, and until I got flat soled boots, but the longer I do that, the less I ache.

Yep. I started making those funny sounds sitting down or getting off the couch several years ago. After driving for several hours, I look like a 90 year old man for a minute until aches and pains are worked out. After that I’m fine.

I'll be 60 in few Months. Every morning it takes halfway down the hallway before I can stand up straight. Way too much fun when I was younger.

Hav lost lot weight and working out
My back been in pain most of day for 2 1/2 months - may go to chiropractor
54 - was pretty good before the back. 2 1/2 plus hour drives kill me - make em few times a week

My lower back aches every day. I’ve tried stretching and that doesn’t seem to help. I’m active, walk 4 miles about 3-4 times a week, been going to the gym the last couple years. I really thought it would take longer before the aches and pains set in full time.
