Go any opening on a Friday and Saturday night in October? Probably. It's slightly more expensive then, but still very reasonable. Click on the link and then scroll down to the "Check Availability" tab. It's got availability and prices.

I stayed there July 27,28 29. Nice place. We tied up 2 boats with the neighbors permission. I took the neighbor a gallon bag full of snapper fillets Friday and Saturday. Do you rent by the month? We are looking for the month of February 2024. My wife will have to bring her 8# dog which is very well behaved and trained.
