Yup. Police in a lot of ghetto cities are now reporting a lot of calls about baby strollers on the side of the road. The cops have to take time to check them out, meanwhile, two blocks away somebody is getting robbed.

This whole deal should infuriate those of all races who have had loved ones go missing, though.
