Got a storm out there that I ain't liking the current spaghetti models on. It's at 60% development over next 7 days I believe.

I used to watch all the weather in the Gulf until we sold our condo. I was always worried that a storm would demolish everything in its path. Now that we have sold ours, I never pay any attention to anything hurricane-related anymore.

The wife and I just booked a last minute vacation in Grenada for the first week of September. Next day I get this.. Hopefully it’s not a sign.

I would love to see this bring some rain to South Texas but just rain and not high winds and surge.

We're slated for Negril Jamaica as, or just after (hopefully), the back side of it rolls through. I'd rather have the (first in 4 years) vacation, but travel insurance is in place.

I got in the gulf yesterday and it was the coldest I’ve ever felt this time of year. It was actually chilly.

Yup, once you step off the first sand bar the temp drops significantly. A lot colder than usual for this time of the year.

I am supposed to be tuna fishing in Venice on 8/2 so that seems about right.

You should be fine. The tuna bite is good this year too.
