I was hoping June was gonna be our wet month for the summer, but so far, July hasn’t been any different.

I am outside begging for more. I need a soaker on the pastures and the hayfields. We may have to start moving cows around if we can’t get moisture in the ground. I have seen it drier, but we are at a critical level here in Colbert. The corn crop needs at least two good rains to make. It was twisting so much last week I was about to cry. Come on rain!
I can't stand a thief.

We got a lot rain right after we had nitrogen put in our corn. Perfect and then it turned dry again. These storms are missing us unless we just got one a little while ago. I checked one field and and didn’t the other 2 corn was so twisted and hurting bad. Beans taking a beating too. It wa so wet we had to wait and wait and wait to plant and then it turned dry. 🤷♂️ I’m glad for those getting it because it’s needed around here.
