Yes, but not sure of which is better cost-wise. I've printed from Google Earth on a 36" plotter and they're crisp images. I did have to "save file" and create a decent sized jpg (higher resolution) and print the jpg from my hard drive to get it to print well, though. The default resolution printing directly from Google Earth is pretty low, but I don't know if there is a way to change the current resolution within the app, as I don't have a subscription (and I think it may be part of the subscription to be able to change settings and get access to a few settings that aren't available in the free version).

Called the local UPS Store a few years ago and they said no problem. Emailed what I wanted, they printed and laminated two 23x34 images for under a hundred dollars. I checked the clarity before they laminated. Very pleased.
