Been a few years; but Weidmann's was good It's still very good. I always stop in Weidmann's when when I pass through and it's eatin' time. Always good food and a neat historical place too.

Weidmann'a was my family's stopping place between Bham and NO going back to the '60s, and, I think, my grandparents' a generation before that. My wife and I ate there 4-5 years ago,
Still good.
Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.

Also, there is a good sporting goods store there named Garrett’s Sports Center. Also the rock house trading post has good gun selection and prices
