I could definitely be wrong, but I have been told when they have black spots and blobs on the wings, it is likely partly domestic. Anyone heard that?

I saw a smokey hen in TX. Didn't have any colors but shades from white to gray to black. One thing I do know tho. When he killed that turkey he sure enough 'niqued up on it.

That’s a beautiful bird. I have seen several solid white turkeys in the Cahaba area in the early eighties.

We had a smoke phase hen on cameras for a few years. Shes never been seen in person though.
