Dove proso or brown top. I’d also look at milo (grain sorghum) because it’s very drought tolerant.

Mixing the browntop and proso together works pretty well. The browntop will make first and the proso will come in a little later. It makes for a longer period of production.

I plant proso and BT in separate strips so that you can burn the BT when it matures and still have proso growing.
