Me and the boy are gona try and get his galfriend a bird this morning. Her first turkey hunt. Storms have jyst passed. Just a little wind left. Lord bless this hunt. I was laying in bed wallago talking to the Lord, thanking him for blessing us with even the opportunity to take part in such a thing as this, and even more for the opportunity to share it with someone else. Truly a blessing and i wouldnt want to take it for granted.

Blew it with the first bird. I called, he drummed, one of our phones weathet alert went off. He didnt like that. He was at about 30yds. Strike one. Birds gobbling. Shouldnt be long. Keep us posted on round 2.
