However, if you don’t do anything illegal, you won’t have any issues. If he paid a hooker "hush" money it is a misdemeanor. They are charging him with a "felony'. The timeframe to charge him has passed and yet they are still charging him. The Feds looked at this case and chose not to prosecute etc..... Johnathan Turley who I think is an honest brilliant legal mind thinks this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous and so do many other legal experts. So I don't think he did anything illegal that results in a felony charge. Even a misdemeanor, if he says he paid her to keep her quiet to keep his wife from knowing then it is not even a misdemeanor. Only political witch hunt! Yes Trump is not a great example but neither are any of the last several Presidents we have elected.
