haleyville al,
Numbed a rock and rolled the edges on my prop. WhT the going rate now? Had one done about 6 months ago it was 50.00. It’s not as bad this time and the shop wants 250.00.

I think you just got lucky on the 50. I was paying $200 to $250 two years ago.

$50 is a ridiculous number for "good" prop work. It was running $125-$150 back in the late 90's early 00's when I was tournament fishing all the time. What size and type prop are you talking about getting re-worked for $50?

I had to get some prop work done about 6 or 7 years ago after I hit a stump and broke the driveshaft in two on my lower unit. I believe I paid $270 to have it fixed and blue printed.
