Even though it's a ridiculous answer in 2023, I fully expected to see someone who is as old as I am say "Bren Ten from 1984" in response. I can't think of a 10mm without thinking of Detective Sonny Crockett. Of the 1,400 or so ever made, very few would be functional to shoot these days, I'm sure, even though it's a $2,500 pistol.

I have the S&W M&P 10mm and I have owned a couple of Glock 20’s and a Glock 40 MOS 10mm’s in the past. They all are great guns and will feed any ammo I ever shot in it reliably. I like the 15 round magazine capacity of the Glocks and the S&W M&P 10mm’s.

If you want it for hunting the get the S&W 610 Good point from deadeye. OP, what will be your main purpose for having the 10? Would you be using it for hunting or just having one for personal use and protection. If it is hunting, you may want to go revolver and heavier round for longer shots. If it is for personal use and protection, against man or beast, then Glock in that G20 is fine. Just know that it is a big gun compared to the .40, yes even the SF is beefier, but you want that in the 10mm cartridge. If you do get the Glock, get the trigger connector to take it down a few pounds of pull.

Cheapest one on the market right now is $15,250. There’s one with multiple slides, magazines, and barrels for different calibers that they are asking $60,000 for. 😳

I just hate a stock Glock trigger. A Springfield XDM Elite has a much better trigger, one with a red dot on it follwed me home just last week. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet though.

Have the XDM and the G40. The XDM trigger is great but the reset is off because the first reset “click” isn’t the actual reset. There is a second click after that initial that is. I hate that.

Somebody fine flung a craving on you, huh? I wish. I did join a gym for a purpose though!! That was supposed to say "somebody done flung a craving on you, huh"......... Talking about the other 10mm thread. Predictive text must have come up with "somebody fine". I had turned that off but it helps my spelling sometimes so I cut it back on again. I need to start proof reading

My only dealings with the s&w was all the extra work to get it to cycle. It was a pia to get it to run.I've got a glock 20 and it's my favorite pistol I own. If you go with the glock put a timney trigger in it.
We will burn that bridge when we get there

I have a Glock 20. Excellent choice for a woods gun. I have shot deer and bobcat with it.
