ts1979flh OP 10 point Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 3,185 Moulton	Tonight we made beef and broccoli with mushrooms and onions. The beef is thin cut sirloin. The sauce is based off Bachan’s Original Japanese BBQ sauce and chicken broth, thickened with a corn starch slurry. Turned out really good.
