I run Michelin tires. Pricey but I consistently get 90k to 100k out of them.

It's strange how people have such varying success with tires. I ran Michelins LTX M/S on my trucks for the first 15 years or so out of college and they were good but never got more than 65-70 K miles. Totally useless in the mud but great on the highway, which was the majority of my driving.
Had a set of BF Goodrich as OE on a Tahoe I bought in 98 and they were the worst tires I've ever had. Couldn't be balanced and would start shaking the truck terribly at 70 mph. Took them off and swapped for Michelins at 20 K miles. Will never buy a set of BF Goodrich.
Ran Bridgestone tires a few sets and they were about the same as the Michelins for mileage but a little better off pavement.
Had a set of Hancook tires that were just average.
The OE Good Year tires I've had on my previous two trucks have been almost as bad as the BF Goodrich tires.
Nittos have been my OE replacement tires on my last two trucks and have been the best tires I've ever used. Good on the highway and good enough for what little off road driving I do. I don't take my daily driver into heavy mud unless absolutely necessary. I have a Polaris Ranger for that.

Just got 85K out of a set of Ridge Grapplers. Brand new set put on last week, I used to think 60k with my Bridgestone Duelers was good. Got 100k out of a set of Michelin AT2 that were originally on truck, but 1200 for a set of Nitto tipped the scales versus 1600+ for Michelin.

I'm fixing to buy Wildpeak ATW3's so we'll see.

I got 93k out of my last set of Toyo AT2s on a 4RUNNER and still had about 10% usable tread left. Very quiet on the road and were good off road as well. My current Toyo AT3s are not as quiet but they are wearing fine at 35k miles.

They will put the same components in different tires change the tread design a little and Jack the price up $200.

Thankfully, I let my tire guy talk me into buying a set of tires last year before the prices shot up and availability went down (so far I've saved around $450 overall in what I'm seeing available in my current size on the Toyo R/T I bought). Got 60k on current BFGs and he told me to keep driving them when I went by to get him to check them before heading out on a road trip last week.
Vernon, what rating tire are you putting on? Lower speed rating on P rated tires and lower letter rating on LT tires are usually less rubber. I put LT E rated tires on my Sequoia. They ride stiffer, but are also tougher off road (as far as punctures go). I generally get 60k+ out of my tires. The OEM tires that were bald at 36k, when I bought it, were some sorry P rated Bridgestones that shouldn't have been put on something that heavy in the first place. You may consider going up in speed rating on a set to see if that helps.

They had the compound messed up the day they made this set of tires set to too hard.... I haven't seen a set of Nittos run much over 50 and on a 3/4 more like 40 at best before the conversation they are close to wear bars comes up.
That's not a Nitto knock I like Nittos I had one set that did run about 60 but it was 1 set on a 1/2 ton.
On a short wheel base tires last much longer such as on a Jeep.... don't know the ins/outs of why that really is but that's how it works.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Man, I guess I need to see about some new tires. I have some BF Goodrich k2o's on my 2013 Silverado. They have over 80.000 miles on them, still going. They are 5 years old. Getting a little loud driving now too. Doesn't help that there are miles of grooved pavement where they are repaving the highway I drive to work on everyday.
