In Northwest Alabama is spotty at best. I checked white oaks, red oaks and mountain oaks.

Spotty down here in South Bama too. Probably all the rain this Summer. Seen a few in my yard recently. But not the normal amount.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Saw a water oak today that was loaded. Haven’t seen any chestnut white oaks yet, but they are hard to see this time of year.

I had yellow hickory nuts dropping in July. I'm expecting the same with acorns. I think the dry summer in north Bama is gonna cause a bad mast crop. Not a dry Summer in Jackson Co.

Been as wet of a year, so far, as I can remember. We’ve had so much rain, in fact, that our farmer was telling me that he was impressed with the bean crop on our farm. Most years farmers are telling me how we need rain and ain’t got no crop. Lol
The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.
