Found a "Pecker Oak" (Water Oak) over in Greensboro once. Pecker was about 5" in Diameter and about a foot long. A PERFECT PECKER it was!! Cut it off and kept it for years....don't know what ever happened to it. Quite the Conversation Piece!! Mods: Please change Buckwheats name to Lorena Bobbitt.
