Does it do the same thing as regular weed?

I was surprised when I got a vape at gas station that it was legal. You know why? Cuz gov can tax it. Plain n simple. It will give you a hell of a cough tho. Like chronic cough so be warned. You'll also fail a piss test, but when you work for yourself, no worries

The liquor store here in Luverne has some stuff in jars on the counter that looks like real buds. No vape thing required. I bet if you got pulled over with that stuff I bet you would have a hard time convincing a cop that it was actually Delta 8.

If it's in original packaging, you should be alright. The cops are aware of it. Most have some training on what's what. Them buds you seen is CBD coated in the d8 resin. You need to be careful with the edibles, they've scared some people around here. My brother won't touch edibles anymore just the CBD d8 infused buds and d8 dabs.

I use the d8 to sleep. It gives you a slight feeling of loopiness. Definitely makes you sleep hard. It’s made from CBD. Somehow molecularly it will make you test positive on a drug test. I take 20mg gummies and half them. But they don’t get you high.

One of the things that no one really brought up on the other thread is - Guess what? Dope is legal, even in Alabama. The THC levels in Delta 8 and Delta 9 are awfully close to what we were smoking 40 years ago. They aren't remotely close to what you can buy in Colorado, CA, etc, but you want to get stoned, not having smoked in 30 years, go eat a gummy. If that doesn't toast your head, eat 2. Obviously, given Cactus Jack's post, YMMV, but then, THC always affected people differently. I smoked a pile of dope 40 years ago, and eating gummies feels just about like eating a brownie did back then. If you are trying to sleep or get sore muscles to relax, halve the dose. I you are trying to get stoned, you can do it with this stuff.
2 notes - First, THC is THC. If your employer tests, or you are looking for a new job, and you have to fill up a cup, you are going to be positive for THC. You can swear till you are blue in the face you bought it at the local dispensary, but it won't help.
Second, a good friend of my brother lost a child about 3 months ago to an OD. They traced his phone calls, and he'd bought 2 Percocets from the local drug thug the night beforec, and when they raided him, all his "percocets" were fentanyl. The local police chief talked to his buddies, with my brother present, and said basically, that whatever you are buying, it's Fentanyl. It is cheaper to fill capsules, or press pills, with corn starch with a tiny amount of fentanyl than it is to make the counterfeit real stuff. Convenience store dope? Industrial hemp soaked in a Fentanyl solution. This is why so many youngsters who might occasionally smoke a joint, or take a pill to keep partying, are going to wake up dead, and it's about to get a lot worse. No matter what you buy, if it's off label, it's made in factories in Mexico or China, and fentanyl is the cheapest way to make it.

Long and the short is, don't buy drugs from your friendly neighborhood Iranian C-store. At least go to head shop next to Regions in Homewood.

My step brother gets some kind of vape, its not legal, but he dont have any trouble getting it. He says two hits and hes high as he**. Hes been smoking pot for 35-40yrs. It must be pretty good.

Back in the 80’s they were soaking skunk weed in embalming fluid and lacing it with heroine or other drugs. I think it was called sherm.

Recently a local weed dealer was selling laced weed no telling with what.

I had a paramedic tell me a few months ago, they putting that fent in everything, even weed. But ain't no telling. I seen a show the other day about a lady from Portland who was bitching about how they can't even shoot up fent cause all the chit they're lacing it with. Sometimes with something called tranq/trank that doesn't respond to narcan. The street game is savage right now.
