Where do you want us to post the open house food entries WB?

To the panel of judges. I decided to turn in a simple but classic entry for you tonight. Below you will find a classic WBBLT Whild_Bill’s Bacon Lettuce tomato sandwich. At first bite you will first encounter the namesake of the iconic sandwich the bacon. We pan seared some center cut apple smoked bacon 🥓 in a cast iron pan and ran it extra crispy then you will get punched in the mouth with the tomato; we used a home growed better boy and dressed her in garlic salt pepper and that hint of what you probably can’t figure out, the red wine vinegar. Fresh arugula is there but only plays a small role but you know it’s there. On the toasted and buttered white wheat bread you will run into a healthy dose of mayonnaise and yellow mustard. Enjoy!

My entry tonight is fried cubed pork with fried eggplant and brussel sprouts sauteed with bacon and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Had to cook to order. Served the wife with southern Fried catfish

I chose to prepare a lemon pepper, lightly blackened grilled southern catfish.

Sides of fried okra, sea salted French fries, Mater, onion, and a slice of fresh sunbeam.

Fantastic plate of food Ridge!

Cheese and pesto baked chicken. With a couple of different cheeses, pesto, tomato slices and fresh chopped basil, all on a bed of rice.

Does cm get extra points for the lady ducked down on the other side of the table?

My bride's bday. Trout almondine is her request. Paired with some sautéed Green beans and finish with a mixed berry cobbler with Grand Marnier whipped cream.

Hell I ended up with more boys than I wanted n cooked tacos..maybe next time

Smoked the ribeyes and then seared them in a reverse sear. Grilled some lemon pepper asparagus with hollandaise, along with some slow cooker butter mushrooms and to top it off some smoked armadillo eggs. I also submitted the required pics of the inside. Not a special meal, this was on the menu for tonight. The thing I did extra was smoking the steak for a reverse sear I would have normally grilled them. It tastes better than it looks.
