This is why I have a home gym. Ya me too...u can honestly stay in really good shape without weights but I like my bench n squat rack You can stay in excellent shape in your living room doing push-ups, sit-ups, and air squats. (Provided you move around a little and get your heart rate up throughout the day.)

.. I enjoy yoga pants. Gals know your looking. One I see sometimes at Publix puts on a show for me. Tip ladies, if the first number in your weight is 2. Please refrain from wearing them in public. 🤷♂️ We’ll said, and if there is a gut that hangs over please don’t wear them

It doesn't really bother me, I usually think it's funny. It just makes me wonder about the morals being taught to our youth. I'm turning into an old curmudgeon.
Thats fair

And then you have those sorry bastards, that have to actually work for a living and don’t have time, to go to the gym. The nerve of some people. Geez. Yep!

Along with the Phone Kids you have the Grandpa GymBros who act like everyone should lift weights their way.

On the bright side, at least they are making some effort to stay reasonably thin and healthy. More than can be said for a great number of our brother and sister Americans. Obesity, in my opinion, is the most dire health issue we face as a nation. If our populace was called upon to repel invaders, there would be more casualties from heart attacks than bullets the first week. Good point, they're way better than the younguns who cudgel you into saying their obesity is beautiful. .. I enjoy yoga pants. Gals know your looking. One I see sometimes at Publix puts on a show for me. Tip ladies, if the first number in your weight is 2. Please refrain from wearing them in public. 🤷♂️ We’ll said, and if there is a gut that hangs over please don’t wear them Yoga pants are the greatest invention of the past 100 years. As with any new and powerful technology, improper use can have catastrophic consequences.

Yep, I’m all for people getting into the gym…this whole fat is beautiful culture is completely contradictory to good health behavior. Sure, they do a lot of stupid stuff at the gym but I’ve also seen a lot be really respectful of weights and all.

(Provided you move around a little and get your heart rate up throughout the day.) Yeah, but I have managed to squeeze in a power rack where I can squat, bench, incline bench, decline bench, deadlift, pull up, row, overhead press, curl tricep press, and I have a cable system where I can do all sorts of cable exercises all in about a 6' x 8' area... And it works great. I'm 61 and by next month I'll be about as strong as I have ever been. And certainly as big (muscular) as I have ever been.

I've noticed if you'll just stay in decent shape the older u get and more pounds u put on u look a lot stronger than u are lol I'm only 38 but I've gained 30+ pounds since I graduated but still have abs n stuff n I don't work out like I used to just enough to not lose to much
