Lone Oak Hunting Club. 1027 acres that consist of pine plantations and some large hardwood SMZs. Located in the Black Belt 8 miles south of Demopolis. Property surrounded by large landowners. Wanting to add 3 deer hunters (8 total).Good road system. 11 food plots. This property has been a club for 30 years. I took over the lease this year only because the members had gotten older and let it go. I purchased the camp house which members can use. Our goal will be to shoot mature deer. $3000 per member. Close to demopolis - out of towners would hv few decent spots to eat close

Yes it is a good area. Plus our neighbors are on the same page on trying to shoot mature deer. Have a few hogs but not run over with them.

I grew up In that area - one of my favorite all time clubs was in between Linden and Demopolis
