Guys,
I've been tempted to put out a feeder next to a cornfield that I'll be hunting this fall. I've never done this next before. Can anyone that has offer me any tips/advice? Thank you, Jim

They’ll use it. If you’re in a club so will every other hunter on the club.

Better get ready to put traps out for the coons . They'll tear the corn up before it every dries out.

When I used to hunt row crop land in KY, we put 55gal drums of corn on high points off the corn/soybeans and cut holes in the bottom edges of the drums. Everything around would eat the corn. We’d also put mineral spots not far from the barrels. The deer would use the mineral spots just as much as the corn through bow season. Once they cut the corn/soybeans the deer would disappear in that area and head to the woods off the cut fields until nighttime.

If the corns standing during the season, why not just hunt the main trails?
