Going to a court hearing tomorrow to support a survivor of domestic violence. The asswipe wiggled out of 4 felonies in February and managed domestic violence misdemeanors. He received a 2yr suspended sentence in plea deal. He has since failed to go to mandated meetings that had a 15APR deadline to begin and missed a probation meeting. Same judge that oversaw the original deal. He also electronically broke a no contact order. Probate asked for 20 day minimum jail visit in their part. Her family wrote letters in hopes of the 2yrs be served. Hoping and Praying he gets what he deserves.

I treated an eye injury last week that resulted from a DV incident. It’s rampant in our society. Hope the POS gets time in jail.

Thank god not raped. Some clowns think a victim of such violence has no rights to make their own decisions lol. Not a
Factor here though. Like you said, this mess goes on daily and some people turn their heads to those abused.
I hope he gets some time for sure. This lady has been through hell mentally and needs some closure.

You have to be hit pretty dang hard to lacerate your liver. That’s obviously intentional. He at the very least needs the same treatment. Maybe next time he’ll rethink his actions.

There’s actually a time during the pregnancy where the fetus is not a baby and it’s not evil lol. What’s evil is trying to make someone that has been abused that badly not have a choice. It’s for a lot of people to say when they’ve never been around that type of situation. Hopefully none of y’all have to. This girl actually served in the military and has every right to make her own choice. A gun wouldn’t have helped. It was over before it started in that sense

The lacerated liver came from a kick or a stomp. It was easy to see from the foot size bruise. But yes you’re right a simple fall or anything will not lacerate your liver

Yep. I’m at a hotel less than a half mile from his house. I did a drive-by but I couldn’t see his car anywhere. But I showed up to the Marriott and they had the place on lockdown because some homeless guy had been a woman’s ass out there on the sidewalk this morning. I went down one street and there was 17 tents between three driveways

Be cool for sure. If they don’t give him any jail time I’m gonna end up in trouble because if the judge does not change between now and tomorrow morning it’s the same one that the plea deal went through and she said I better not see your name again. Going to see how serious she was, I reminded her of that in a letter, I just hope I don’t have to remind her in person lol
I’ve always believe things work out in the end but if it don’t tomorrow somethings really wrong.

Bad situation for her I'm sure.gun wouldn't have helped????
Would love for you to spend five minutes with my wife talking about abortion....be on top of your head I'm sure . she's more into politics than me by a long shot and we both agree on abortion....
This all seems a little prefabricated from the abortion talk a week ago...

Lol, yea I drove 175 miles with gas over $5 a gallon to fabricate a story only to drive back home in less than 24 hours 😂. Funny how some of you think. I could care less what your wife thinks, its not political for me. Ive been around victims and know the hell they live and just stand up for what I believe. The only differences is that although I think abortion is wrong, is I don’t think it’s my decision to make. Pretty simple…
Do ya need a courtroom pic later? i can go in a random and take a pic for my story lol
