How do I send one? Yes I know it can be done from experience. I know there are Apps that say you can do it for free but they are never free or they don't work

Burner phone. If it comes into an investigation though, they can figure out wwhat cell towers you are pinging with it.

Write a letter. Don’t sign it (obviously). Don’t put your return address on the envelope (again, obviously). Mail it from a post office in another town for the postmark. Don’t have to worry about cell towers, tracing, etc… Problem solved.

A burner phone is what a couple of us came up with for a friend to look into a lottery ticket several years ago. They were unable to trace him until we showed up in Tallahassee. Details or it didn't happen.
