I hope he "accidentally" fell down a few flights of stairs during processing.

Don't confuse my user name with any sort of alphabet faggotry.

It only stands for drag racing, and Route 66 was my home track back in the day.

This is correct area. Not Brent

They should have taken care of him, permanently, when they had the chance, and saved everyone the time and money. With 48 priors, there's no rehabilitation for someone like him and he's nothing but a waste of oxygen. Now the taxpayers will spend millions housing, feeding, and providing legal support for all his appeals for the next 20-40 yrs. Last I checked, you can buy a .22 short for about $0.06 which is obviously the correct decision in this case.

This is it! Our court system has failed us

Weak judges IMO. This is the reality when they treat theft like it’s a victimless crime.

POS defense attorneys and liberal D.A.s (most D.A.s)are the blame. They pass them through like calves through a working pen. They just give little slaps on the wrist and move em out. It costs to much money to incarcerate them. That cuts in to the states budget that can be blown on other bulldoodoo. I see this nonsense every time I have to go in a courtroom. Most of the time they are back on the street before we finish the arrest report. I better stop now.

It’s all about money and politics. I think low life’s like this dude should be taken out back and the families of the ones injured should get some kinda justice for what he did. Start doing stuff like this to the bad guys instead of putting them in jail.

looked pretty good in his mug shot as compared to others who were apprehended after shooting LEO's... he could have used some Irish sunglasses and rhinoplasty work.

Yes, someone should post the name of the judge and his attorney or public defender who let this pos out the last time and also the names of whoever posted his bond and I don’t care if it’s his mother but at least put these people in the public spotlight.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Damn that makes me sick. That was a very young man. They shouldn’t have even let that sorry bastard take a ride in the cop car. The only thing he should have taken was a bullet between the eyes.

Agreed. Criminal justice reform is a horrible idea.

The responsibility for Brads death ultimately lies with the system. About 8 years ago we instituted sentencing guidelines honchoed by Cam Ward. Basically it’s a point system and your sentencing range is governed by the points. Places very little to no weight for prior property like crimes. This guy had a 3 page rap sheet of burglaries, RSP, theft and drug crimes that based on the point system the judge was not able to give any real time. He progressively got violent and by that time it was too late. 6 or 7 years ago he needed real time and it didn’t happen. It’s amazing how grey hair will change a man. He should have been required to sit out from about age 23 to 43. And I will add thAt if you look at his record it would not have taken a genius to figure out what was coming

That would be the same Cam Ward that is now over the Parole Board, correct? The same one willing to sacrifice his constituents to get a new prison in place.
