No plate pics. Plan on having them tomorrow and won’t have time to smoke them then.
I prefer Pecan wood but didn’t have any so I did this with hickory. Some Southern Flavor, mesquite and applewood seasoning.

Probably wrap in foil and heat it in the oven. Try to maintain some moisture. Fingers crossed!

I have 10 pounds re-heating with apple juice in the bottom of pan, covered with foil at 300’. Hope they turn out

Love leg quarters smoked . Light bread , homemade white sauce and baked beans and I'm good.

Those look great. Do you serve them with a little white sauce like Miss Myra's?

We do toaster oven chicken a LOT, marinate in low sodium Dale’s and then sprinkle with slap yo momma. An average sized toaster oven will hold 4 leg quarters. Put them on the shallow tray that comes with the toaster on some non stick foil, Skin side up on 325 for an hour to crisp the skin, then 45 min on 225 and they barely stay together when you try to move them.
We’ll mix it up and marinate in wing sauce sometimes too.
