I’m looking for two youngsters, must be 18, looking to learn. I wanna hire, if possible, 2 people with little to no experience who wanna learn diesel mechanics and possibly even get a CDL.
All I require starting out is work ethic, desire to learn and willing to show up, preferably on time ( I know that’s a lot all added up). $15 an hour is likely what it’ll pay to start but grow as fast as they develop. My guys now probably are averaging just over $40 an hour. If y’all know anyone, let me know.

That’s a great opportunity to have training for free and get paid to learn. What I would have given for that opportunity when I was young.

That’s a great opportunity to have training for free and get paid to learn. What I would have given for that opportunity when I was young. You and me both. I know someone that would be perfect, but he graduates Friday night and ships out Sunday morning for Parris Island for bootcamp

$40 an hour is just over $83k a year with no overtime. Awesome opportunity for a young person to end up making a great living.
