Mrs. Irish made a sauce for it with Ginger, honey, Korean chili sauce, soy sauce, water and corn starch.

We topped it with chopped green onions and chopped peanuts.

She also whipped up a salad with a homemade Japanese dressing like you get at a Teppan table place.

I ate my fill. Now that I'm back to working out and intermittent daily fasting this was only meal #2 of the day, and I was hungry...

Stir fry is so under rated. So many possibilities. This one look fantastic. I absolutely love peanuts on mine!
