Idk..im 28 and i workout alot..theys alot of stuff out there..thats garbage..i use protein an track my macro nutrients with the my fitness pal app..i meal plan and eat pretty dang healthy most of the time..ill get off track on purpose to kinda take a break because your body does need occasionally..you can take all the supplements in the world but your body can only use what it needs..the rest is just unnecessary. Find a tdee(total daily energy expenditure) calculator, put in your information, and go from there..you dont need a buncha powder crap..if you wanna grow..stay jn the correct caloric surplus..if you wanna cut..stay in a deficit..track the macros accordingly.

This!! Can't build muscle if your nutrition is not good. I do however use C4 strictly for the niacin and caffeine pre workout.
