I’ve run into stands all over Poplar Springs segment of Skyline, climbers, lock-ons, ladders. The rules definitely vary by location and individual. Joe4 and I learned that in TN with game cams. Supposed to get permission or some such with cams but they were everywhere.
“Killing tomorrow’s trophies today.”
On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”
