He was off from work for 2 months and went back with weight restrictions on lifting. He is 100% now and says the surgery did not hurt at all. He really took care of his and it worked out great for him. I can't stand a thief.

It will be painful for a few days and then I'm ready to go. It would probably be a good idea to warm up with a 40 - 50 lb bow before drawing back that 72lbs. Mine hurts and pops every-time I shoot my bow but I do not want to have surgery this close to the season. Some people go to church and think about hunting and others go hunting and think about God.

I did get a cortisone shot in my left shoulder about 2 months after I tore it. It wouldn't quit hurting, had an MRI or whatever scan they do and the muscles were inflammed. The cortisone shot calmed everything down and allowed it to get better. It takes more than 3 months for it to quit hurting with not having surgery. If you can't stand the pain and shoot, have surgery or hurt and shoot. If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Clayton 8 point Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 1,651 Dothan, Alabama	Take it easy for 3 months and it will get better. I pulled mine while sawing limbs with a gas pole saw, hurt like hell for a month or so. Then slowly got better. The worst part was that I had to be careful when I slept...It would wake me up 5-6 time a night. Cortisone probly would have helped me allot.
