1. The man COULD NOT see any Leo wording or insignia ALL HE COULD SEE WAS SEVERAL BRIGHT LIGHTS SHINING IN HIS FACE.

2. We each clicked on a link, knowing what we were about to view. He was awakened by several folk yelling at him and shining bright lights in his face, I’m guessing he never comprehended what they were yelling.

3. I don’t know how many of you have a loaded gun within reach from your bed, not in a drawer, one that you can just reach out and grab, I do, and if I’m awakened by NUMEROUS individuals like in the video above, I wouldn’t be reaching for my gun, I would already be outgunned and they would have the jump on me.

It will take something terrible happening to one of these “SWAT” teams for leo agencies to get afraid to execute these “no knock” warrants and we will quit seeing this nonsense.

So who was Amir Locke? Was he who the warrant was issued for? Why? Is he really innocent? If so, this is terrible and the person responsible for the intel messed up real bad. With todays technology, this kind of mistake should never happen. If he was the kind of person a no knock warrant is generally issued for, isnt the world a better place without him here? If you google "who is Amir Locke", what you see is the normal lying media making him out to be a model citizen, bright light in the community, just like they did george floyd. So, who is he really. I think that is the answer we need before we mourn him to heavy oy crucify anyone for his death.

From what I gather:
Amir Locke was a 22 y.o. With no criminal history, he had a CCW and carried because he worked for a food delivery service and frequented bad neighborhoods delivering food.

He was not listed on the search warrant, someone else in the apartment had “threatened law enforcement in 2018” and that was the basis for the no knock warrant.

Lonster, if thats the case then somebody messed up real bad. I wouldnt blame the guys going in the door. With all the toys cops have today, they should have known exactly who was in there and whether or not they were armed. But i doubt this fella was as innocent as everyone is claiming. I promise you, i would not be piled up on a wanted criminals couch with a gun in my hand.

This just happened and the warrant was for threatening law enforcement 3+ years ago? Sounds mighty fishy.

Unless it’s a serial killer with no one else in the house (confirmed), no knock warrants shouldn’t exist. The judge that signed off on this should be in prison.

I agree but however that would be a death sentence unless said person capped all of them with the quickness and nobody could return fire. Even then, more will be on the way and he won't be able to plee innocent most likely.
