Yes sir, a regular here at our house. Haven’t added the bacon yet, but will do so next time.
A big skillet of Mexican cornbread and I’ll hurt myself.

Thanks guys. I'll be having it for lunch today too. I'd never cooked it with bacon in it. I put the onion in with the meat and the bacon didn't brown. Next time I won't do that.

Brown the bacon in the pot first and remove bacon. Throw the cabbage in and cook it down break bacon up and add back to pot.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

This was the first time I've added bacon to the sausage. I cut up the onion and cooked it with the meat. The bacon didn't get crispy. My only regret. Man this stuff is some fine eating. Meal #2 of it and it's as good as it was last night. Next time I'm going to take it off before the cabbage gets as soft too.
