I go I have a sinus infection.
They go we need to covid test you.
I go, not if you need to stick something up my nose.
We can not treat you.
You know the is a pandemic right.
Yes
I think you need a covid test
Then let me stick the q tip up my nose myself.
No they aren't going to do that, I'll send your scripts over to the pharmacy!

In and out. They didn't seem really happy I wasn't vaxed either.

Non vaxer shame is real!!!

You likely have Covid. Sinus infection medication won’t help if you do. Why are you so adverse to being tested to determine proper medical treatment? I’m all for personal choices, but it’s like telling your doctor you want to be treated for erectile dysfunction because your toe hurts.

They probably reported me to some state agency because I wasn't concerned about spreading it......And wouldn't get a test.

Bet I don't get the customer satisfaction survey either!!

I have had chronic sinus infections all my life until I had surgery on 2015. I'm good for one and sometimes two a year now.

They always start the same, in my left ear. And then it spreads across my head and into my chest. Drainage causes sore throat and cough. It started last week. Tapered a little over the weekend because I had a couple antibiotics left that I took to see what would happen.

I'm 55. I have had them for 40 years. I think I'm qualified to diagnose it.

They wanted to test you so they could charge the .gov for it. I don't think there is a doc in a box around here that even sees people for anything other than covid tests.

What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.

I offered to swab my own nose. That was a big negative!

Its a racket. They were just fussing on the radio that only 40% of vaxed people have been boosted.

Well duh, you sold them a bill of goods and it was fool's gold.

Then why go to a Doc in the box, why wouldn't your primary care Dr. give you the script?

I understand that. My wife is the same way. Her annual sinus infection last year was Covid. I’m just saying that you’re not this badass because you refused to be tested for Covid. 99% of the “sinus infections” they’re seeing right now are Covid. That’s why they wanted to test you.

I’m in the same boat. Been dealing with what I thought was one of my routine 3 a year sinus infections for a week and a half, until I lost my sense of taste last night. Went this morning to get tested because of work and it was positive.

No she would want me to see an ENT because of how many I have had.

Whats crazy is if you test positive for covid they just send you home and tell you to take otc drugs. Froend of mine called yesterday to check on me. His two neighbors, man and wife went 11days ago i guess, both were positive. "Go home and take otc meds". Two days ago an ambulance came to pick up the lady, shes in icu on a vent now, probably gona die. She did exactly what the moron doctor told her to. It probably killed her.

Don't recall that I claimed to be a badass.

I will claim that my medical care is mine and if I don't like or want something I'll let it be known.
