They bayed him 3 times found a few drops of blood. He ended up swimming a big creek on us and we called it. Man a dogs nose is something else though

Muzz went way to far without finding a bed for it to be normal. Ended up walking around for over 2hrs watching Muzz work through this track. Found one spot the ground was tore up from what looked like him moving around trying to get comfortable but no blood. We went way past that and finally decided to do a restart. Tried that twice and came up empty nothing at all. Decided to go back to the first place Muzz took us. We worked at that for over another hour slowly circling back from where we parked the truck. Eventually the guy I was tracking for had enough and thought maybe the deer was alive and well so we called it. Start walking to the truck and Muzz takes off opening like a bat outta hell. A doe jumps up and takes off then the buck stands up and takes off. We pop him again he ran about 50 yards and piled up dead. The shot high in the shoulder was the 2nd shot. I have no idea how this deer was still alive and chasing doe's but he was
