I am not sure if the Chevy dealership in Cullman even has a new car, looks like 99% used lot to me. A friend at the GMC dealership said everything they get in is pre-sold or ordered.

I read the same thing on the news today. It makes sense. Once the chips come in the manufacturers will be wanting to move some vehicles.

I can guarantee that prices are about to fall on used trucks. You know how? I just bought one in October after holding out for a year. I bet they fall 30%. I'm lucky that way.

I'll pass that along to him. He could probably use another expert in the industry he has made millions in if he buys another dealership.

Yep. Simple economics. Once all these 21 models, which have been sitting for 5-8 months, hit the market they will HAVE to move them to make room for the 22s and soon to be 23s that will be coming. With supply bottlenecks they can pretty much name their price.

We were planning on buying a new Ford Expedition platinum max next month but now we’ll wait till the prices go down. Do y’all know that there’s around 24 of these chips in one of these vehicles? I didn’t until a few months ago when we first started looking at SUV’s.

I took delivery of mine with the heated and ventilated seats not functional. Supposed to retrofit when the parts become available. Not having heated leather the past few mornings has been rough, with this weekend looking rougher.

We shall see.
They might make room in a way that'll blow many minds on Aldeer...the crusher.
Before saying it can't and won't happen there have been lots full of new perfectly fine vehicles crushed due to over production.

They'll write it off against insurance via saying the vehicles have vermin inside, water intrusion, mold, funk inside etc

Does he know someone in the building materials business? Sold my house, bought a lot and stopped the whole works whenbuilders quote for a 2700 sq ft house was $165/ sq.
I need to know when those prices are going to correct. in no hurry.

$165/SF is a good price. Unless something unforeseeable occurs, we will not seem any relief in 2022 on building materials. I'm in commercial construction and have friends that build in Huntsville. Their homes are now at $175/SF and up.
