Chloroseptic liquid warmed up, not microwave hot, mixed with a FULL tube of 3X Strength Oragel. I made this out of desparation at camp one time. It works well. Might have to cut the Oragel with a little alcohol to liquify it. NOT BUT A TEASPOON OR SO, and shake entire mixture frequently.
Or else ask your vet or doctor to spot you a script for some Lidocaine gargle or something.

Deadwood, i thought about the oragel last night. I might try that. You know, i dont feel all that bad except for the sore throat. The rest of it has been more annoying than anything This actually works if you can release the Oragel from the petroleum jelly base it’s suspended in with a tad of alcohol. DON’T SWALLOW ANY Isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) if you have to use that. You WILL suffer stomach trouble. Try to use wildcat liquor or vodka if you can. Go get to feeling better, buddy.

Here is something we are using and began to use last week after our CCP virus event as our sinuses and throat began to feel stuffy and scratchy again. So far it has worked very well to snuff it out. We found the Povidine-Iodine 10% at the Walmart Pharmacy. I mix 2 Tablespoons in a cup of water for gargling and have also put it into a cheap sprayer to spray the throat and back of tongue. We also soak Q-tips and swap the nose. It works for us. Jwalker I feel your pain. I have the vid right now too and I don’t think I’ve had a throat as sore as I did. Fortunately I had some decadron(steroid) laying around that knocked the pain right out in 12 hours. Maybe you can ask your doc. Decadron 10mg orally x 1 dose. Helps with inflammation and pain.
Other than that my symptoms have been very mild. I’m on day number 5

Went through it the week before New Years. Never got a sore throat but the body aches whipped me. I’m just now getting my stamina back slowly. The worst of mine lasted about 2-3 days. Hopefully you are on the backside of it and will be getting better soon

First time i had it didn't knock me down to bad, second go around knocked me down something bad for a spell, haven't been affected by the latest at least i don't think, i was little under the weather, but 73 degree highs going to only 37 will do that to ya in the south lol. Oh and different foods have started smelling like SULFUR to me now. But seriously, some folks weren't affected by the first go around, caught the second "variant" and those that didn't catch that one are catching this one 🤷🏼♂️ Folks responsible should pay, but they want, NOBODY is doing anything about it......

And yes nothing will be done about it Wood i talked with several of my buddies (that had it twice around same time) and they had the same experience that i did, and that was that it felt like it was trying to attack every part of your body to find any weakness. One day you'd feel alot better then BAM, something else would go wrong.
