Sorry for the ignorance. What does "Portugal gun" mean? Do you mean country where produced? Country where originally purchased? Winchester M70’s are now being manufactured by FN in Portugal. Quality wise, this is a good thing. Tolerances are tighter, bluing is deeper, nicer wood, better fit n’ finish as compared to the the BACO and Olin Model 70’s.
