It won't, but once you center it, you can use mounts/rings to get it close while bore sighting to use as little adjustment as possible, which in turn saves that adjustment for final zeroing

I did the exact same thing on a Tikka when I remounted my Kahles. Put Leupold rings/bases since it was a 30mm tube. Ran the windage slam out of it. Repaired it no questions asked. I called Beretta and they told me the mount had to off or who ever mounted it did not do it right. I did not mount it but it was mounted by someone that had done hundreds. I did not trust that riffle after that and traded it in.

Millet angle loc windage adjustable scope rings will correct poorly drilled base screw holes.
Not greatest rings on market but decent and will fix this problem
Needs a weaver style base to go with it

If none of that works, you can get a pair of Burris signature zee rings and the Burris pos align offset ring inserts for about $50 total. I’m curious if any other scopes cause the same issue?
