I’m about to buy the bride a new ride. She’s done with her 2018 Ford Explorer and we are considering either the Kia Telluride or the Hyundai Sante Fa or Pallisade.
Any first hand experience with either of the rides would be greatly appreciated.

We have a 2008 Santa Fe 7 passenger and a 2014 Santa Fe 7 passenger. We have loved them both! My brother-in-law has a 2019 Palisade and the only thing that I am not wild about in it is that there is no gear shifter - you shift by pushing a button. I think it is because I am just used to having a shifter, whether I was driving an automatic or a standard transmission vehicle.
Our 2008 has over 240,000 miles and the 2014 just turned over 177,000 miles. DoA still drives the 2008 to work, where it sits at the heliport for 28 days at a time and drives his truck most of the time when he is home so it is not accumulating the miles like it used to, but we have been very pleased with both of them.

Telluride has fantastic reviews but I dont like that it hasnt been on the market long enough to determine reliability.

Brother and sister-in-law are on their 2nd Santa Fe in a row...they have zero complaints.
Both the Telluride and Palisade are dang good looking vehicles...especially the Telluride.

In 17 I bought my daughter a used 2015 sonata with 40k on the odometer. When it got about 55k on the odometer it began using alot of oil, about 2 quarts a month . We had them run oil consumption tests on it and they told us that it was in their acceptable range. Last year the paint began to peel off. A five year old car that needs a new motor and paint job. IMO Hyundai and Kia are knock offs. It’ll be the last one that I ever own.

Went from an 06 Kia Sedona to a 14 Kia Sedona to a 2022 Kia telluride SX. My wife loves it but it does not have the room in the back like our Sedona does. The heads up display we thought was overkill, but it’s my favorite option now. We’re very satisfied with it except for the step down in storage size. Drives great and gets 24mpg. We’ve had 100% reliability with Kia higher end models.

My dads Hyundai Genesis has been in the shop for the last 4 months. Took them a month to diagnose and 3 months to get a broken part in from Korea. This is a brand new $85000 car. They have provided him a loaner but he is still making payments on his car with no timetable for repair. My sister also has a genesis that has become a parts cannon for ver the last 2 years. No way I would buy one. Totally different animal and Genesis actually split off from Hyundai several years ago, prob the reason for the parts shortage. But I agree, no way I’d buy a $85K luxury Kia or Hyundai. You buy a Kia or Hyundai to keep from paying Honda and Toyota prices, not to pay Cadillac prices. My 2015 sonata has been great and unless they’ve changed them up, the Santa Fe shares the same drive train as a sonata. On my 4th Hyundai/Kia and zero problems with any of them.

Santa Fe and Rav4 prices are basically the same. Actually Hoover Toyota has some Rav 4's that are cheaper than the lowest priced Santa Fe at Hoover Hyundai.
