Man he makes some beautiful knives! I was just curious on the intent of buyers of these great looking knives. To those that have bought them....are you a collector of these works of art or do you actually use them? They are so good looking I don't know how I would feel on whether to cut stuff up with em or display them....

I use them all. Some work out better for certain tasks than others and they get used a lot more often than the rest. Others get passed on to the kids or given as gifts. Pretty knives are made for cutting just like fancy guns are meant for chootn’. You can’t take ‘em with you and might as well enjoy life the first time around.

I have bought a half dozen or more over the years and never kept a single one. I’ve always used them for special gifts for special people. Gave one to my son’s FIL, a guy that has turned out to be one of my closet friends. I gave two to landowners in Kansas that let me turkey hunt their farms every year for free. I just bought one to give to my son for Christmas. They are a special gift for that person that has everything and needs nothing. They may have knives but they don’t have a Skullworks knife. I gave one to my good friend that takes me fishing in the gulf multiple times a year and never lets me pay for a thing. This is a guy that has everything in life and his wife told me he was moved to tears when he opened it.

I would be embarrassed to say how many I have bought. I have given away 3 of them in the last week or so. I have a few I use but most are a collection and really just waiting on the next right person to randomly gift one too.

Would you just sit and admire a pretty lady, or take her for a spin?

Mine definitely works as good as it looks.

I’ve bought lots of them starting over 10 Years ago. Almost all of them have been given to guides around the globe as gifts.

I need to buy one, I keep tellin Myself I’m going to. He has the one up for sale now that I’m scratching on. Not saying any of them aren’t worth the price, I just don’t use much more than my pocket knife these days..if I was out for a custom job his would sure be #1 on my list ain’t no doubt about it

I’ve got 4 of them. This one stays in my pack.

The one I've bought thus far was a gift for a friend/hunting buddy who was expecting the birth of his first child. He uses it & expects to pass it down as an heirloom piece.

I intend to grab a few more if I'm ever quick enough to the draw on the classifieds smile

I'll be honest i have a few that don't get used (just showed off) like my 2 sheep horn knives. But then there are those that get used and abused regularly, like my Camp knife, but i wouldn't call that abuse 😄

Clarence does great work.

His knives do what they are made to do too.

I'm up tp 10 bought so far. I've given 7 away but still have 3. The cleaver gets used the most. Beautiful work Mr. Clarence does.

I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern
